Washburn High School Hall of Fame Inductee Nomination Form
Washburn High School has many outstanding alumni who have used their education and experiences to become successful, positive contributors to society. We believe that positive role models are extremely important in today’s world, and that these graduates of Washburn High should be held up as models for today’s students. Consequently, Washburn High School and the Washburn High School Foundation would like to honor deserving former students by being inducted into the Washburn High School Alumni Hall of Fame.
Each year a nominating committee will select alumni who meet the criteria below and honor them with a place in the Hall of Fame. The culminating activity for this occasion each year will be a ceremony prior to Homecoming at which time the newly nominated members of the Hall of Fame will be honored and inducted. A permanent display of honorees will be established so that all students will be able to learn about these graduates.
Proceeds from the sale of tickets at the Induction Ceremony will be donated to the Washburn High School Foundation to help fund needed programs and services that benefit Washburn High School students
