i graduated in 1963—-started my career as a professional musician for Jimmie Rodgers, then Gale Garnett. Formed a rock band in 1966 called the Music Machine – had a hit called “talk talk”. Left the road and began producing records. Over the next 30 years, I did over 120 albums, selling over 110 million units by artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Ozzy, Whitesnake, Rick Springfield, Pat Benatar, Scorpions, Santana, and many more. It has been a long road, but very rewarding, knowing the landscape of popular music had forever changed.
